Our film is peeled Hot.It is important to know not all heat presses are alike; temperatures may vary, and uneven temperatures may cause issues during release.  The best practice is to preheat the garment to remove excess moisture

• Align Transfer and Press at 285 degrees for 8-10 seconds.
• Peel Immediately starting from one corner of the design.  If you feel resistance during this step stop immediately and see troubleshooting instructions.
• Cover with parchment and re-press for 5 seconds to cure into the fabric. Do NOT skip this step.

Note: It is best practice to wait 24 hours before washing or stretching

Shipping

Most DTF Transfer orders are printed and shipped within 24 business hours. Orders placed before our daily cutoff typically qualify for same-day production. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with live delivery updates.

Returns

Because every DTF transfer is custom printed, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll gladly provide a replacement or store credit.
