Prepare Your Heat Press
Set your heat press to 375–400°F (190–200°C) with medium pressure. Sublimation works best on polyester or polyester-coated items. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and lint-free.
Pre-Press the Item
Press for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. Let it cool briefly before applying the transfer.
Position the Transfer
Place the sublimation transfer face down (mirrored image). Align it carefully and secure it with heat-resistant tape to prevent shifting.
Protect the Item
Cover the transfer with butcher paper, parchment paper, or a Teflon sheet. For garments, place another protective sheet inside to prevent ink bleed-through.
Press the Design
Apply medium pressure for 40–60 seconds. Make sure the entire design receives even heat and pressure.
Remove the Transfer
Open the press and remove the paper immediately while hot. Let the item cool completely before handling.
Tip: Always test press first. Time and temperature may vary depending on your heat press, material, and environment.

Refunds & Reprints
Contact us within 45 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue. However, we will not issue a reprint if the uploaded file is low quality. If you'd like a refund or reprint for another reason, it must be approved by management first.
All file types accepted, vector files are always preferred, raster art should be at least 300 DPI.
Tip: If you're using Canva ensure you drag the resolution toggle all the way to the right for the highest resolution.
