Shipping

Most custom shirt orders are processed within 48 business hours for under 50 shirts, and within 72–96 hours (3–4 days) for 50 shirts or more, after artwork approval and payment are received. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your shipment is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all custom shirts are made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing or production error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@dtfvirginia.com. We may request photos of the issue to help us evaluate the claim and provide the best resolution.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

After 30 days of confirmed delivery, we’re unable to replace or refund the order, so please reach out as soon as you notice an issue.

Sometimes we may need a photo or a little more information to understand what went wrong. This helps us reproduce your order accurately and make things right for you.

Can I order different sizes for my group? Yes. Add the shirt to your cart once for each size your group needs — for example, add it as a Small, then again as a Medium and an XL — and check out together in one order.

Can I upload my own cruise shirt design? Absolutely. You can upload your own artwork or logo directly on the product page. For best print quality, we recommend high-resolution files with a transparent background whenever possible.

Can I choose different shirt colors? Shirt color isn't a separate option on this product page — the choices are design, print placement, and size. If your group needs a specific shirt color, contact us before ordering.

How long do the prints last? We use premium DTF printing that produces vibrant, durable prints designed to last through washing and repeated wear when properly cared for.

Can I order more than 10 shirts? Yes. If you need shirts for a larger cruise group, feel free to contact us for custom group pricing and assistance with large orders.

What happens if I select the wrong size? Please double-check your size selection before placing your order. Since each shirt is custom-printed to order, we may not be able to change sizes once production begins.
