What we print

Premium UV & DTF Transfers in Virginia - Fast, Vivid, and Built to Last

Six ways to get your design onto a garment, a hard good, or a hat — all printed under one roof on Rip Rap Road.

A 9-color RGBO gang sheet coming off the roll, packed with saturated neon artwork.

Ultra 9-color RGBO

Five inks can’t reach this.

A standard DTF printer mixes everything from cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white. Neons, deep reds and clean greens sit outside what those five can physically mix — so they come back muddy. We run four more.

What is a DTF transfer?

A DTF (Direct to Film) transfer is a full-color heat transfer that applies to just about any fabric cotton, polyester, blends, and more. The process doesn’t need any pretreatment or weeding. You just press it on with heat, peel, and you’re done. It’s perfect for vibrant, long-lasting designs that feel soft and professional.

What is the difference between DTF and vinyl or sublimation?

DTF works on more materials than sublimation and has better durability than vinyl. Unlike sublimation, DTF can be used on cotton and dark-colored fabrics. Compared to vinyl, DTF offers more detail, no weeding, and a softer feel.

How long does it take to get a DTF transfer?

Most orders are ready fast, usually within 24 to 48 hours. If you’re local to Hampton, VA, we even offer Same-day pickup is available if you order by 3PM. We understand turnaround time is critical, so we make speed a priority without cutting corners on quality.

Can I apply your DTF transfers with a heat press?

Yes. All of our transfers are ready to press using a standard heat press. You do not need any special equipment or inks. Just apply heat, peel, and your design is set.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. We provide transparent wholesale discounts, whether you’re ordering a few sheets or thousands of transfers.

Can I order small quantities or gang sheets?

Yes. We print exactly what you need with no minimum order required. Whether you need a single design or a gang sheet with multiple images, we make it simple to get started.

What are gang sheets?

A DTF gang sheet lets you combine multiple designs on a single transfer sheet, saving time and money on larger projects.

How durable are your transfers?

Our Tru Color transfers are built to last. Vibrant, flexible, and wash-proof so they won’t crack, fade, or peel.

Rudi Red, the DTF Virginia cardinal mascot

Meet the team

Rudi Red

“The Hardest-Working Bird in Virginia.”

Rudi is our unofficial quality-control manager. Nothing leaves the shop until it’s the kind of print we’d put on our own backs — and Rudi has strong opinions about that.

He’s also got his own line. The Cardinal Collection is tees, tumblers and keychains, printed on the same presses as everything else.
