We stand behind the quality of the transfers we print for you. If you are not satisfied, we will reprint with a new or revised file at no additional charge.
Position Your Design Face Down:
Place the sublimation print face down onto the polyester-coated item or fabric. Align it carefully in the desired position. Secure with heat-resistant tape to prevent shifting. Cover the design with butcher paper or parchment paper to protect the heat press.
Press:
Apply medium pressure at 385–400°F (195–205°C) for 35–60 seconds, depending on the substrate. Make sure the entire design receives even heat and pressure.
Peel:
Once pressing is complete, remove the paper immediately while hot in a smooth, steady motion. Allow the item to cool before handling.

Refunds & Reprints
Contact us within 45 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue. However, we will not issue a reprint if the uploaded file is low quality. If you'd like a refund or reprint for another reason, it must be approved by management first.
All file types accepted, vector files are always preferred, raster art should be at least 300 DPI.
Tip: If you're using Canva ensure you drag the resolution toggle all the way to the right for the highest resolution.
