Rudipress™ Tags give you a faster way to finish the inside of a hat, apparel item, or bag. Each tag is built with a pressure-activated adhesive, so applying it is as simple as peeling the backing and pressing it into place. No heat press, no needle and thread, and no extra equipment to buy.

Every Rudipress™ Tag is fully customizable. Upload your logo or design, and we UV print it on our exclusive PolyCore Canvas and cut it to size, so your branding is what customers see every time they look inside, not a generic stock label.

Stickers peel and hang tags get cut off and thrown away. An interior tag stays with the product, so your logo is seen every time the hat goes on or comes off. It also signals that the product comes from an established brand, which helps support your pricing and builds customer trust.

1. Prep the surface: Make sure the application area is clean, dry, and free of dust or lint.

2. Peel the backing: Remove the liner and avoid touching the adhesive side.

3. Position the tag: Line it up carefully before applying pressure. The adhesive grips on contact.

4. Press firmly: Apply firm, even pressure across the entire tag, paying extra attention to the edges and corners.

Tip: For curved areas like a hat sweatband, press from the center outward to keep the tag flat and smooth.

File types: PNG with a transparent background, PDF, or SVG work best.

Resolution: Use 300 DPI artwork at actual size. Low-resolution files may print blurry.

Keep it simple: Tags are small, so bold logos and readable text print best. Very thin lines and tiny text may not show clearly.

Safe area: Keep important text and graphics slightly inside the edges so nothing gets lost during cutting.

Proofread: Please check spelling and details before submitting. We print the artwork as uploaded.

Orders are processed quickly and ship via trusted carriers; tracking is provided once your package is on the way. Some items may ship separately to speed delivery. We’re closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so weekend orders begin processing the next business day.
