DTF Virginia began out of sheer frustration withlow-quality shirts—the kind that shrink, crack, and fade faster than you cansay "laundry day." We wanted something better, something that lasts.What started as our personal quest for the perfect T-shirt quickly turned intoa mission to provide high-quality, durable transfers for everyone

the beginning

how we started

Our journey began in the basement of our home. Armed with our extensive IT skills, we started by converting desktop photo printers to print using white ink, which is essential for DTF printing. We converted and resold these printers, funding our first commercial printer. And let me tell you, it was a steep learning curve! Back then, there was no customer service, YouTube videos, or manuals to guide us. We had to figure out everything—ink, paper, powder, color—like DIY wizards on a caffeine binge! Despite the challenges, we persevered. We had our share of setbacks, but each one made us stronger and more determined. Word of mouth soon spread, and before we knew it, we had outgrown our basement. Now, we’re thriving in Yorktown, VA, and loving every minute of this wild journey from our humble beginnings to where we are today.
