Returns & Exchanges: Because each puck is custom printed, we can only accept returns for defective, misprinted, or damaged items. If your order arrives with any issue, please contact support@dtfvirginia.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or refund immediately.

To ensure the sharpest, most accurate print possible, please follow these guidelines when uploading your artwork:

• Accepted File Types: JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD
• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for optimal clarity
• Recommended Size: 600px or larger
• Print Area: Approx. 2.5” circular area (center of puck)
• Design Tips: Keep logos and text at least ⅛” inside the edge to avoid cropping. Transparent backgrounds work best for clean edges. Bold colors and simple designs print clearest.
