We stand behind the quality of the transfers we print for you. If you are not satisfied, we will reprint with a new or revised file at no additional charge.
Position Your Design Face Up:
Place the transfer shiny carrier side up on your garment or item. Align it carefully in the desired position. Heat-resistant tape is typically not needed on flat heat presses but is recommended for hats, curved surfaces, or when using a home iron.
Press:
Apply medium pressure at 285°F / 140.55°C for 10 seconds. Ensure the entire design receives even heat and pressure.
Peel:
The DTF Transfer is a hot peel remove the carrier sheet immediately after pressing, while still hot, in one smooth, steady motion.

Refunds & Reprints
Contact us within 45 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue. However, we will not issue a reprint if the uploaded file is low quality. If you'd like a refund or reprint for another reason, it must be approved by management first.
All file types accepted, vector files are always preferred, raster art should be at least 300 DPI.
Tip: If you're using Canva ensure you drag the resolution toggle all the way to the right for the highest resolution.
