After 30 days of confirmed delivery, we’re unable to replace or refund the order, so please reach out as soon as you notice an issue.

Shipping:
Most custom shirts orders are processed within 48 hours. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Tracking details will be sent as soon as your labels are on the way.
Returns:
Because all custom labels are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or changes once printing has started. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
