Creative Nation presents WAVE FEST at Portsmouth Pavilion on Sunday, August 30, 2026. Doors open at 4:00 PM with the show running 5:00 PM–11:00 PM, featuring a stacked R&B lineup including Key Glock, Bossman Dlow, Ken the Man, YK Niece, Chxrry, YSN Capo, Trim, Zyaa, 757 & Friends, and Amilly Ent.

Guest Services
Need help during the event? Guest Services is located on the East Concourse, just inside the venue entrance. Staff can assist with general event questions, seating issues, accessibility requests, and other guest needs.
Lost & Found
Items found during events are brought to Guest Services. If you lose something while at the Pavilion, check with Guest Services before leaving. For assistance after the event, contact the venue at 757-393-8181 to ask about a missing item.
Smoking
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor plaza areas. Smoking is not permitted within the reserved seating area.
First Aid & Medical Assistance
Emergency medical personnel, including EMTs and paramedics, are available on-site during events. If you or someone in your group needs medical attention, alert a venue staff member or visit Guest Services for assistance.
Food & Drinks
Food and beverages are available for purchase at the venue during events. Available selections and concession options may vary depending on the show.

By Car
Take I-264 toward Downtown Portsmouth and use Exit 7 immediately after the Downtown Tunnel. Keep right onto Bart Street, then follow the road toward the Pavilion at Crawford Circle.
Free parking is available in nearby city lots after 6:00 PM. VIP and accessible parking is located directly behind the Pavilion and can be accessed from Wavy Street via Port Centre Parkway.
By Ferry
Avoid downtown driving by taking the Elizabeth River Ferry from Norfolk to High Street Landing. From the ferry stop, Portsmouth Pavilion is approximately a 7-minute walk.
Check the HRT ferry schedule before traveling for current departure times.
By Train
Travelers arriving by Amtrak can take the train to Norfolk Station at Harbor Park. From there, continue toward the Pavilion using The Tide Light Rail, rideshare, or taxi.
Norfolk Station includes ADA access, restrooms, a waiting area, and limited parking at Harbor Park Lot E.
By Boat or Yacht
Boaters can reserve a slip at Ocean Yacht Marina by contacting the marina directly for current rates and availability.
Complimentary short-term public mooring is also available at High Street Landing for vessels 40 feet and under. An online mooring application is required.
