What is a Gang Sheet?
If youāre new to heat transfers, youāve probably heard the term āgang sheet.ā A gang sheet allows you to print multiple designs on one sheet, maximizing space and reducing printing costs.
ā Great for bulk printing
ā Useful for multiple sizes of the same design
ā Minimizes wasted space & saves money
Gang sheets work well for team uniforms, branded apparel, and large print runs, where you need a variety of print sizes like:
- Full back prints
- Left chest prints
- Full front imprints
Most of our DTF ink formulas support gang sheet printing, and pricing is based on per sheet usageāthe more designs you fit, the lower the cost per image.
