Please double check your design for spelling and accuracy before submitting your order, as printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in display settings.
Ordering is simple: upload your design, select your hoodie size and color, and place your order online. Production takes approximately 48 hours, and pickup is available in Hampton and Yorktown, or you can choose to have your order shipped. After 30 days of confirmed delivery, we’re unable to replace or refund the order, so please reach out as soon as you notice an issue.
Sometimes we may need a photo or a little more information to understand what went wrong. This helps us reproduce your order accurately and make things right for you.
Shipping:
Most custom shirts orders are processed within 48 hours. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Tracking details will be sent as soon as your labels are on the way.
Returns:
Because all shirts are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or changes once printing has started. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
