UV DTF Transfers from DTF Virginia let you order your design in the exact size you need, so it fits your product with no extra resizing. The By Size option is ideal for creators who want clean, accurate sizing for small jar labels, tumbler logos, custom drinkware, branding items, and other compatible hard-surface products.

Choosing your size means your transfer arrives already scaled to the measurements you selected. No stretching. No shrinking. No guessing. Select the size that matches your project, and we print your design at that exact size. This helps reduce wasted material and makes your workflow faster and more consistent.

Each transfer is printed with UV-cured ink and a strong adhesive designed for smooth, clean, hard, non-porous surfaces. The finish is glossy, the colors stay sharp, and application is simple. Peel the backing, apply the transfer, press firmly, and slowly remove the top film. No heat press required.

UV DTF transfers work best on compatible surfaces such as glass, acrylic, metal, ceramic, and many hard plastics.

Important Surface Notice: UV DTF transfers are not recommended for paper, kraft paper, paper bags, cardboard, fabric, leather, silicone, rubber, unfinished wood, or other porous, flexible, or textured surfaces. Adhesion may vary depending on the material or surface coating. Test a small area before applying to specialty surfaces.

Water-Resistant and Scratch-Resistant: Designed to withstand everyday handling when properly applied to a compatible surface. Allow 24–48 hours before washing or exposing the item to water.

Easy Application (hard-surface UV DTF only): Peel the backing, place the transfer, press firmly, smooth it down, and slowly remove the top film. No heat press required — this applies to hard-surface orders (glass, acrylic, metal, ceramic), not fabric/apparel DTF, which uses a heat press instead (see Pressing Instructions below).

Works on Many Hard-Surface Products: Great for tumblers, cups, jars, drinkware, acrylic signs, promotional products, branding items, and custom gifts made from compatible materials.

Not Suitable for Paper or Porous Surfaces: Do not apply to paper bags, kraft paper, cardboard, fabric, unfinished wood, or other porous, flexible, or textured materials. These surfaces may prevent proper adhesion.

Our film is peeled Hot .It is important to know not all heat presses are alike; temperatures may vary, and uneven temperatures may cause issues during release. The best practice is to preheat the garment to remove excess moisture

• Align Transfer and Press at 285 degrees for 8-10 seconds.
• Peel Immediately starting from one corner of the design. If you feel resistance during this step stop immediately and see troubleshooting instructions.
• Cover with parchment and re-press for 5 seconds to cure into the fabric. Do NOT skip this step.

Note: It is best practice to wait 24 hours before washing or stretching

• Same-Day Printing and Shipping: Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same day.
• Local Pickup: Same-day pickup is available for local customers.
• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

Orders are processed quickly and ship via trusted carriers; tracking is provided once your package is on the way. Some items may ship separately to speed delivery. We’re closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so weekend orders begin processing the next business day. All file types accepted, vector files are always preferred, raster art should be at least 300 DPI.
