Our Custom Sublimation Transfers by Size make it easy to create vibrant, professional-quality designs for polyester garments and sublimation-ready products. Sublimation printing works by infusing ink directly into the fabric fibers, resulting in bold, long-lasting prints with no heavy feel or texture. Because the ink becomes part of the garment itself, your designs won’t crack, peel, or fade over time, making sublimation an excellent choice for sportswear, team uniforms, and performance apparel.
Sublimation works best on polyester fabrics, producing the most vibrant results on garments with a high polyester content. For example, 100% polyester will produce bright, full-color designs, while lower blends such as 65% polyester will create a softer, slightly faded or vintage-style look. This effect can actually enhance certain designs depending on the style you're going for.
Please note that sublimation printing does not include white ink. Any white areas in your design will appear as the color of the garment itself. For best results, we recommend using light-colored polyester garments. Prepare Your Heat Press
Set your heat press to 375–400°F (190–200°C) with medium pressure. Sublimation works best on polyester or polyester-coated items. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and lint-free.
Pre-Press the Item
Press for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. Let it cool briefly before applying the transfer.
Position the Transfer
Place the sublimation transfer face down (mirrored image). Align it carefully and secure it with heat-resistant tape to prevent shifting.
Protect the Item
Cover the transfer with butcher paper, parchment paper, or a Teflon sheet. For garments, place another protective sheet inside to prevent ink bleed-through.
Press the Design
Apply medium pressure for 40–60 seconds. Make sure the entire design receives even heat and pressure.
Remove the Transfer
Open the press and remove the paper immediately while hot. Let the item cool completely before handling.
Tip: Always test press first. Time and temperature may vary depending on your heat press, material, and environment.

All file types accepted, vector files are always preferred, raster art should be at least 300 DPI.
